If you say yes to analytics, two scripts load from my own Umami server (analytics.alberyt.xyz). One counts page views, referrers, country, device and browser, without cookies. The other records about 15% of visits as replays of what happens on the page, with every form field masked. The 3D background isn't recorded, and each recording stops after 5 minutes.

If you say no, none of those scripts load and no request goes to analytics.alberyt.xyz. If your browser sends Do Not Track, I don't even ask. If you email me, I get your address and whatever you write, and I use it only to reply.

Dacă accepți statisticile, se încarcă două scripturi de pe serverul meu Umami (analytics.alberyt.xyz). Unul numără paginile vizitate, de unde vii, țara, dispozitivul și browserul, fără cookie-uri. Celălalt înregistrează cam 15% din vizite ca reluări a ce se întâmplă în pagină, cu toate câmpurile de formular ascunse. Fundalul 3D nu se înregistrează, iar fiecare înregistrare se oprește după 5 minute.

Dacă spui nu, niciunul dintre scripturi nu se încarcă și nu pleacă nicio cerere spre analytics.alberyt.xyz. Dacă browserul tău trimite Do Not Track, nici nu te mai întreb. Dacă îmi scrii pe email, primesc adresa ta și ce scrii, și le folosesc doar ca să-ți răspund.

Like almost every web server, mine keeps logs. On every visit, consent or not, the reverse proxy (Nginx Proxy Manager) writes down your IP address, the time, the page you asked for, the response status, your browser's user agent and the referrer. fail2ban reads these logs to block abuse.

The proxy keeps its access logs for 4 weeks and its error logs, which can include an IP address, for 10 weeks. Older ones are deleted automatically. The site's own web server keeps a log too. It only sees the proxy's internal address, not yours, but it records paths, user agents and referrers, and I keep it for 5 years, for statistics. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in keeping the server secure and running, and for that last log, in knowing how the site gets used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Ca aproape orice server web, și al meu ține jurnale. La fiecare vizită, cu sau fără acordul tău, proxy-ul (Nginx Proxy Manager) notează adresa IP, ora, pagina cerută, codul de răspuns, user agent-ul browserului și referrer-ul. fail2ban citește jurnalele ca să blocheze abuzurile.

Proxy-ul păstrează jurnalele de acces 4 săptămâni, iar pe cele de erori, care pot conține o adresă IP, 10 săptămâni. Cele mai vechi se șterg automat. Și serverul web al site-ului ține un jurnal. El vede doar adresa internă a proxy-ului, nu pe a ta, dar notează paginile cerute, user agent-ul și referrer-ul. Pe ăsta îl păstrez 5 ani, pentru statistici. Temeiul legal e interesul meu legitim de a ține serverul sigur și funcțional și, pentru jurnalul ăsta din urmă, de a ști cum e folosit site-ul (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (f) GDPR).

• A first-party cookie that remembers your analytics choice, so I don't ask on every visit. It is strictly necessary and expires after about 6 months.
• Your language choice (EN or RO), kept in your browser's local storage so the site opens the way you left it.
• If you decline, a small flag in local storage that keeps the analytics scripts switched off.

Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it anytime with the "analytics settings" button, in the footer of the home page or under "Your rights" below.

If you allow analytics, its scripts may keep a small technical value in your browser too. Nothing is set by anyone but me.

• Un cookie propriu care ține minte alegerea ta despre statistici, ca să nu te întreb la fiecare vizită. E strict necesar și expiră după vreo 6 luni.
• Limba aleasă (EN sau RO), păstrată în local storage în browserul tău, ca site-ul să se deschidă așa cum l-ai lăsat.
• Dacă refuzi, un mic marcaj în local storage care ține scripturile de statistici oprite.

Alegerea ta rămâne salvată în browser. O poți schimba oricând din butonul „setări statistici”, din subsolul paginii principale sau de mai jos, de la „Drepturile tale”.

Dacă accepți statisticile, scripturile lor pot păstra și ele o mică valoare tehnică în browser. Nimic nu e setat de altcineva în afară de mine.

• Analytics (Umami and the session recorder): your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time, and that doesn't affect what happened before.
• The consent cookie and the language setting: strictly necessary to remember what you chose, so they don't need consent.
• Email: my legitimate interest in answering a message you chose to send (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Statisticile (Umami și înregistrările de sesiune): acordul tău, art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (a) GDPR. Îl poți retrage oricând, iar asta nu afectează ce s-a întâmplat înainte.
• Cookie-ul de acord și setarea de limbă: strict necesare ca să țină minte ce ai ales, deci nu e nevoie de acordul tău.
• Emailul: interesul meu legitim de a răspunde unui mesaj trimis de tine (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (f) GDPR).

Analytics data and server logs stay on my own server in Romania. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone, and there are no ads or third-party trackers.

Email works like any email: it passes through mail servers on its way to my inbox.

Statisticile și jurnalele serverului rămân pe serverul meu, în România. Nu vând și nu dau nimic nimănui, iar pe site nu există reclame sau trackere ale altor firme.

Emailul funcționează ca orice email: trece prin servere de mail până ajunge în inboxul meu.

The proxy deletes its access logs after about 4 weeks and its error logs after about 10. The site's own server log is kept for 5 years, for statistics. Analytics data and emails have no automatic deletion yet, so they stay until I delete them. Want yours gone sooner? Email contact@alberyt.xyz and I'll delete it.

The consent cookie expires after about 6 months. The language setting stays until you clear this site's data in your browser.

Proxy-ul își șterge automat jurnalele de acces după vreo 4 săptămâni, iar pe cele de erori după vreo 10. Jurnalul site-ului îl păstrez 5 ani, pentru statistici. Pentru datele de analytics și emailuri n-am setat încă ștergere automată, așa că rămân până le șterg eu. Vrei să dispară mai devreme? Scrie-mi la contact@alberyt.xyz și le șterg.

Cookie-ul de acord expiră după vreo 6 luni. Setarea de limbă rămâne până ștergi datele site-ului din browser.
